Orange Restoration

Hello everybody,

I am about to embark on the restoration of a 1990 Orange Clockwork. I have been trying to find a full tech spec for the bike and year but have so far been unsuccessful. I would appreciate it if anyone knows where I would be able to get hold of this.

Hi.

The specs on the early bikes were fairly flexible. Full LX, DX or XT groupsets with either rigid forks from orange or Pace and suspension from Pace or Rockshox.
It would have had a Stalk stem and Hotrod bar but I'm not sure if the Orange branded FIR rims were available that early.

The catalogue might be in the archive, if not; PM me your email address and I'll send you a PDF. I'm not sure if there is much more detail in it though.

Hello everybody......you say a picture says a thousand words!.....well here you go....a pic of the Orange Clockwork that is having a restoration...I just got it home today and can't wait to start.....anyways I'll keep you all updated with how things are progressing and post pics for ya.....laters phil

That looks a nice straight frame. A good base for a build.

yeah the frame is in very good structural condition. just need to get the paint work resprayed back to it's original design
