I'm not sure the Prestige model was built as early as 1989. Tim Davies raced a Clockwork to the UK title that year, and it's difficult to see why they would have done that if there was a choice between racing a Clockwork or a Prestige. The frame looks like a 91 to me, but it would be interesting to know the serial number.

I was taking the date from some earlier threads. the s/n 910310573

DX did not come out until later either.

It was bought new in August 1991.

Tempted to buy it back, but trying to have a clear out currently to make way for a new custom frame.
