So, the freeze spray won’t be needed now…..a heat gun, water spray and 3 hot/cold cycles later and it’s free! Look at the state of it though.
Stem was even easier, no heat required.

The next question is what colour scheme…noting that I plan to spray the RC30 fork lowers too as they are brown with rust!

Personally I'd go for the Orange/White scheme.
