Withdrawn Orange Clockwork/Prestige Forks

Hi all,

I keep seeing all these lovely Orange readers bikes adorned with Pace RC30, RC35 or some other brand of retro suspension fork. So surely one of you has some rigid Orange forks they'd be will willing to part with? And maybe a Stalk stem

They're for a 19" frame with threaded steerer please

I do but I was keeping them for a colour match in case I wanted to get a frame re-painted in the correct silver/grey. Don't really want to sell but if you get really stuck I 'might' let them go.

Thanks, it's early days so I wouldn't want anyone to part with something they want to keep. I may still go the Pace forks route if I can find some.

It’s probably be easier to find some nice Pace RC’s we all keep the our spare forks stashed away just in case

I can understand you wanting to keep hold of them.

I recall my Orange forks being mercilessly mocked for being "too skinny" by a friend back in the early 90s. He was riding a bike with Cannondale Pepperoni forks. They bent at the fork crown later that same day

I presume you're after a 1" steerer. I have a set of Orange alu forks in my stash i'd be willing to part with, it needs some work but is crack free and straight?

Thanks for the offer but I think I want steel. Out of interest did Orange ever sell steel frames with an Alu fork or was it solely for their aluminium bikes?

No worries, apparently it was an option to buy them seperately as an 'upgrade'
