It's probably a 92, possibly a 93, not a 94. Size is measured centre of bb to top of seat tube, and looks like size 21 (19 c-c). I hope this helps.

I'd go with 1992 as well, but you know someone will ask for at the serial number stamped on it or at least the first 4 or 5 numbers <whistles>

Was sold to me as a 94 and just never checked. Pretty sure it's 19" c-c.
