Anyone been to one of these before?

Loads of stock, but most only seemed about 10% off retail. Plenty of tyres and innertubes at cheap prices and bits and bobs. Worth the visit if it's local imo

I've been to about 4 and yes, they are worthwhile.

I always go to them, they are great for consumables such as grease, GT85 etc also good for lots of older stuff, got some retro bargins there before (think i got very lucky!).

Some shimano stuff etc isn't that much of a saving but still worth a look.

I went to one in Daventry a few years ago, I didnt need to buy any spares for about 3 years afterwards...

Don't need to go. Their shop is quite close and I always call in when I'm passing.

I have has some good bargains before such as a pair of XC Pro hubs for £5, and XC Pro chainset (pre MD) for £20 and XT lever/shifter combo for £10 when everyone wanted Vees. Nothing like that for a while although I did manage to get a Turbomatic IV saddle.
Like people have said they are very good for consumables and the last one I went to I got a rather spiffing TdeF DVD.
