Picked up the frame at some point last year, bought a few parts here and there and started the build. Was a rolling chassis for some time, but managed to get it to a ride able state yesterday. Ride with the family today, a bit more fettling and she's almost finished/finalised.
Going to fit a reverb, maybe a hope bash guard and will get some new grips as used a set I had laying around but not very comfy.
Brakes have been a pain. Had a leak, changed the hose, haven't managed to get a perfect bleed. Front is now decent after 3 attempts, rear still a bit spongy. Learning to ignore the manufacturers bleed procedure as get a better bleed doing it my own way. Could do with some new pads as rear brake squeals pretty badly.
Other than that seems tidy.
Swapped pedals out to flats as riding mallets for over an hour isn't good for your feet I've found.
