I wonder if anyone on here will buy one and admit to it lol

Lets see how cheaply they have to flog them...

i'd have one

i doubt it'll have the same name by the time they are made though.

i think they have gone for some cheeky marketing strategy without thinking it through properly.

i think they are trying to cash in on "retro" and decided the retro types would find the name amusing. i dont think they actually think their frames are as good as fats.

i do think it has backfired, hence the page being pulled.

i dont think the name will continue

Speaking to one of the On One guys at Mayhem with Mr Sinnett and he also said they were toying with the idea of a Klein copy too.

Gotta say they (On Ones) seemed to be pretty popular last weekend. And most people that buy them wouldn't have a F*n clue who/what Fat Chance was anyway. I know 'cos I rode mine round the course twice and around the trade stands with only a handful of knowing looks and comments.

Each to their own I guess:roll:

Too far. Way too far.

Welding a few coke cans together shouldn't be too hard for them.

It's not about the coke cans.

It's about how you weld them.

And paint them.

On One cheapening its brand

Why would On One deliberately try to cheapen its brand by using the names of ancient POS. I could understand it if they had a plastic bottom of the line job, maybe a 16'' wheel job for the kiddies, but what looks like a solid frame such as this, c'mon

WTF, a Klein copy? Now that is laughable
