Old Hope Brakes

Hi, can anyone identify what model of Hope braking system this is please? It is 1990s or early 2000s fitted to a DH MTB. I need to buy a service kit for it - any ideas who might have one? I have written to Hope directly but thought someone here might know. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Should have all the info you need here, and in general they are very very good at having some 30 year old olive or seals just lying around in a drawer.
