old harry halls; collectable?

as per the thread title really.

a friend has acquired an old harry hall mixte-framed bike in reynolds 650 or similar, and i'd like to know how collectable it might be and whether the man himself built the frames or just rebadged those built elsewhere.

Depends how old it is. If you can find the frame number the shop may be able to help.

In the late 80s they were mainly built out by a sub contractor,anything earlier in house
