2008 Giant Halfway (folding bike)

The theory is the text/logo draws your eye to the valve position if you're needing air or a puncture repair.

That implies racers fixing their own punctures, for the 2 second time saving.

What's that? The 1930s?
Did tyres have printed logos back then?
All the old tyres I've ever seen didn't - just embossed.

OK that makes complete sense now that you say it, Tom.
However with these fluorescent green Slime caps its hard to miss them...
(this is the front wheel, text is a bit closer to the valve)

So should I conform and move the markings to the valve or just give the world 2 fingers and let the OCD twitch away at my carefree rebel attitude? 🤔

Find out on the next episode of I think the f'k not 😎
(Disclaimer there may have been relaxing Sunday afternoon sunshine red wine involved in this post)

Now you know, every time you look at those wheels, you'll think...
Bollox - if only they were aligned.

You will now give a flying f€k.

Betcha sort them out.
Not today
Maybe not this week

But before you've finished it😉

(In fact if you fully deflate the tube and squeeze the tyre off the bead, you can usually pull the tyre round then reinflate.
Not even a "5 minute job mate" )*

*imagine how often I've done this...
To fix 8 punctures in a day is not unusual😉

Jeez, bread and butter I suppose and it all helps keep the wolf away no matter how tedious it gets 👍
