On the the flying Scot site think it shows them being 1948 onwardsStrange that it has cable stops on the top tube and down tube shifter bosses, I don't think they appeared until the mid 1970's.

I’m pretty sure it’s around 1952 the flying Scot website is really good lots of info on identifying just can’t work out why it’s got no numbers and I can’t find one exactly the same in his gallery’s especially the fork crowns?I think it's quite a bit later than 1952. I reckon very late 60's or early 70's.
