I like my rides to be murderfest strongest survive . 1st place masters national champ, 3rd placed welsh champs rider, 4th brit cyclo-x champ, previous junior welsh champ are some of my riding buddies ;D

... I wouldnt mind a slow chilling ride on the Yo occasionally, these days I so rarely have the time tho.

Anyone who does your sorta mileage must have an excellent base to work from. Your idea of not fast would probably be too fast for us folk who can only get out a few times a week.
