OK so what is this frame?

I know it's no Kona but I can't figure out what it is other than a generic frame sold to shops unbranded perhaps, albeit with some nice tubes.

The seller told me he bought it new from Leisure Lakes in around 2000 for about £200. He said the Ritchey decal was already on it but it was otherwise unbranded.

Looks quite nice anyway.

think hansome dog did a similar frame in richey tubing, but not in that colour, perhaps L lakes just bought some in from a factory doing that stuff for other people.......should be a nice ride.
