ok I give up. What size seat post?(Pace Content)

I thought this would be an easy one. Simply measure and Find the right one.
Life is never that simple.

The hole in the frame measures 29.6 the clamp measures 29.5 but thats in the open position. But my post from the RC200 F7 wont go in the clamp
and it measures 29.0.

Could someone tell me the correct Dia seatpost for a RC200 F3.
