...........I remember these from the Chicken Catalogue way back when. Blimey they would make a cracking set of wheels with blue anodised Arc-en-Ciel rims.

Found a pair of 28 hole rims purely by chance, don't normally ride 28/28 as BITD the Yorkshire roads would kill them. Hopefully by now my riding is a bit more sedate LOL

Blimey, BITD (1970's) people who did cyclo cross were a bit frowned upon as it wasn't real cycling. Some of us had a go with knobbly tubs and also a cut up tub strapped between the top tube and the seat tube so we could carry the bike without it digging in the shoulder. Same sort of thing as grass track........have a go at anything on a bike

Ron Kit did a Cyclo Cross bike as did Woodrup / MKM / Quinn. Trying to remember the guy who won lots.......Atkins?
