Offroad Proflex 550 1991

Whilst I wait for the paint, I tore down the wheelset because the rims were shot. Ordered new Mavic 117 rims and buffed up the hubs and replaced the bearings.

Also cleaned and painted the rear mech

Well the Magura's turned up. Will teach me to read the description better, not only no rear brake booster but no mounts either. They weren't just cheap because of the paint!

The enamel paint they ruined these with is a nightmare so far...

You get through some builds fella :shock: :cool: ... you get through a complete bike in the time it takes me to polish a chainset :oops:

I need the shed to spray the main frame grey so my wife gained a new feature for the gazebo. She's delighted of course...

Question, is that camera flash or is it a metallic undercoat with blue candy?

Bit of both! It's 151 neon blue and 151 clear coat. No idea how it'll be long term but it went on nice enough and it's not expensive
