Well for the second time now. I can't tell what the frame is and the odd mix of kit is throwing me off.
The thing that really stands out is the very slack seat tube, well compared to rthe head tube.
It's plain grey with the older style gold lettering, transfer head badge.

It has a Super Record chainset and down tube levers of 1980s style, which I think were the original equipment. Tne rest is later Shimano and 730 brakes. the 730s are at maximum depth to cope with the 700c wheels, which suggests it might be for 27 x 11/4 wheels?

Any idea? the seat tube really does look odd.

The Shimano Exage calipers I've got on mine (early mid 90's) are almost on full drop to reach the rims but it's definitely not a frame for 27's. I did try a pair but they were waaaay too close all round. The new-ish Cannondale calipers I tried didn't reach at all. It might just be that the brakes are short drop or it's drilled quite high.
