Ah yes, I won the last auction on eBay for this at £385 and the seller wouldn't let it go as it didn't go as high as he wanted (that's what a reserve is for I thought). To compound matters he was a bit of a cock about the whole situation making out that it was my fault for bidding (that's what eBay is for I thought).

I don't fancy his chances of making a fiver short of £3k, I'd have thought that £1k would be optimistic for such an individual build although I don't doubt that it cost him much more than that.

What a complete muppet! Just shook my head when I first saw it listed. Found a built up but unused -04 Vincitore Special 631 frame for c £170 in the local classifieds a year ago.
