Octalink BB - BB 5500 or 6500

In English threads, 68mm shell and 188.5m spindle.

I can swap for a BB ES300, which it turns out has different splines and is totally incompatible with road kit... :-(

I've perhaps a BB5500 in 109.5mm width, for a double crankset.
