Not Exactly Gravel

The chrome ring was always fine but I'm just a lover of stealth, I have a hard time with shine. It'll look great once put together. Coaster brake?

Yes, and single speed... for now. I'm in talks now regarding a Sachs 3 speed coaster brake hub.
Love sachs, recently acquired a few sachs bits for several bikes, stuff is in the works. Worksman will run a front drum sachs, and rear 3 speed nexus with coaster (I can't see a bike as anything but imperfect without coaster brakes now)

Sachs is great. I recently purchased a front wheel with a Sachs disc brake hub, absolutely satisfied.

I haven't spent much time with drum hubs, curious to see what your experience will be. The work trikes have drums up front, but I don't get to ride those too hard
In my experience based on the front drum on the 80s mtb I bought, it is pretty damn solid. It isn't disc brake level but like a perfectly set up v brake with a bit less modulation, but it doesn't wear down like rim brakes do and it isn't bothered by the weather.

We've come to pre-winter here. Everything is sloppy and grey, yet the garage workspace is frozen solid. Motivation is at an all time low.
There is a deadline at the other forum, theoretically, this bike needs to be finished in 53 days.

My deadline is far shorter than that
