Had a delivery this morning of Chris King bits including a new lower bearing race for the older style of headset, so I set too on the Yo.

Removed the standard, un-cracked brace and fitted the carbon one:

Then cabled it all up, just need a chainset now and to collect the Nuke Proof carbon rear hub from america. Then the pub bike is finished:

Collected a wheel set yesterday that will be donating the hubs:

Still trying to decide on what to do about a chainset, keep looking at Topline, Grafton or Cook Bros but I think it needs some XTR M900's.
