Unfortunately that's a NOS saracen, not a ritchey. Made with ritchey tubes, but other than that the moustachioed one has not been within 1000 miles of it. This frame seems to crop up very regularly - is it the same one just moving from owner to owner or are there a batch of them?

someone was trying to sell one on STW and explained that the frames were destined for saracen but a shop in north of england bought a few of them and had them repainted .

was thinking the same thing, its like theres a factory producing these things and they are always labelled Ritchey. :?

Yeah some guy in newcastle bought a container of them and sold them very cheap
They're ok frames, in their own right. Would make a really nice commuter
