Ritchey Omega Bite is used condition. Good, but used. Still has some injection 'caterpillars', has no cracking and is not brittle.
26 x 1.9 - blackwall - date it as about 1994 if I recall.
Probably worth more than this but asking for 30gbp plus postage.
Now the rare one. This is a blackwall Onza Porcupine II - kevlar folding bead - 26 x 2.10. This is NOT the re-run folder which people pass off as NOS. This is early 90's. I bought it in Covent Garden Cycles (remember them?).
This is in its original box (which I regret has 'brakes' written on it for some obscure reason) and has only rolled a few metres. Essentially new - still covered in injection caterpillar hair. These are really high quality rubber, and after nearly thirty year in its box in the cool and dark of the back of the workshop, is as supple as the day it was bought.
There was a very worn one on eBay recently for 48.00 with no box, so I'm asking 65.00 for this, which is the price of the Maxxis DHF which I need to buy instead....
