NOS Nike Poobah Tomac - UK8.5, EU43, US9.5

Hello,
Bought some time ago in the hope they'd fit my UK9 feet. No chance.
These come up small, like many cycling shoes. I've put the sizing above as written in the shoe.
I've wrestled with keeping them but there seems little point.
Unworn condition, short of walking around the house for a fitting test.
No box.

I've had a few questions on sizing...
If it helps at all, I've measured the insole, removed from the shoe, as 26cm from toe to heel and 8.5cm across the front of the foot, both maximum measurements.
People may be able to compare to the insole of a pair of shoes.
