GT LTS

Agreed - I'm all for buying bikes and selling off the bits you don't want etc., but to buy what is probably one of the very last NOS examples on Earth of a pretty important bike then to instantly strip and flip it...

Feel a little sacriligious to me.

I bought my xizang off of 12-28 - and picked it up in person.

He is a good bloke - he'd just lost his job and had a baby on the way in September so you can't blame him for trying to make a few quid.

The other bits won't surface because I'd wager he wanted the groupset for another project. You can dress it up how you like, but as desirable parts get harder to find and the price goes up, some will resort to buying complete bikes no matter what they are and harvest them for parts.
Add up the cost of sourcing NOS XTR and do the maths.
