and certainly still is today....!!!!! And nothing gives me greater pleasure than to see it, and to know the very proud owner is going to ride it, and experience it.!!! Pat it was very good of you to post. thank you. 8)
 
I am suprised this thread didn't spur more dialogue. Has to be about one of, if not the coolest vintage aluminum frames made.....

and a pic of CC in a Retrobike jersey to boot.
 
Bert ordered that bike new, so since the D bikes were made in 1992, its been a little longer than 5 years in the making...

I dig the Ergos on the bike. Nice brifters. I have a few quibbles with the build, but all in all seems like it will be a fun little rocket.
