NOS Ayara RM20 & XT Wheelset

I've been saving this wheelset for the ultimate build which I don't think is going to happen anytime soon. When it does I'll be using black rims instead of silver so I can't see me ever using these. This is a lovely wheelset that's completely unused. Included in sale is everything you see: NOS rims, NOS HG90 cassette, NOS M730/M732 hubs, NOS XT skewers.

Rear OLN 130mm
Front OLN 110mm

Asking £250 for these beauties (fully insured & posted within UK, a little more overseas).

Without wanting to highjack this thread, I have always wondered the difference between RM17 and RM20's...?

Is one supposed to be betterer than the other?

I've absolutely no idea.. I always assumed the 20 was betterer than the 17 just because it's a higher number

RM17s are narrower...the number refers to the width in mm.......RM17 are also a bit lighter but also a bit weaker. RM20s on XT are as close to retro perfection as you can get.....someone buy these so i dont have to keep looking at them

oh....and nowt wrong with a spoke protector!
