Sure there's a (maybe earlier) NOS one at Alf Jones in Wrexham. 97 is on the cusp of 'retro' IMHO - and just how much would an earlier (ps)cyclone be indexed to this price? What was the best specced/built year I wonder - GM?

Well they were only ever sold as framesets...but one would have to be partial to the early one's that were the original "Cyclones". I have two NOS 91 frame builds with 2x4 and 3D forks and neither's been ridden more than half a block since being built. One is mint and one has a couple shop storage nicks but both are 6 years older than this one. They both have internally routed rear brake cables so were even pre-groove-tube. If he can get that for it, it only makes me smile and imagine what mine with original forks and built should be worth.
