Never mind - answered my own question. Apparently this was in a way the precursor to Rocky Mountain bicycles. Derek Bailey - the famed builder of the Rocky Mountain Giro and Turbo was the frame builder for this company before it went out of business, transitioned to Sherpa bicycles and then to Rocky Mountain.
