Slightly off topic and non-retro and roady, but...
I have a set of Stella Azzurra Profi Shallow Drop Handlebars to move on, they are a 31.8 oversize clamp fitting and are a 42cm which is measured centre to centre and is equivalent to a 44cm outside to outside (as used by ITM).
These are the new line that has just been brought into the UK at the end of last year, they did not even have a season of use and might have slight scratching around the centre, from being clamped, but they have not been crashed, in fact the worst thing that happened to them was being re-covered in bar tape a couple of times.
