non-cyclist friend attempting charity ride & needs bike

Seriously, you need to make sure that the 'about' 32" inside leg is exactly that othewise you'll end up with a bike that wont fit or be awkward getting on/off
58cm is fairly large and if she's a non cyclist the action of swinging your leg over such a high top tube isn't easy.
Also I'd question going for drop handlebars, as a complete newbie that's the last thing you want. Far easier having a flat bar with trigger shifters, easier to control and likely to have a triple with low ratio gears for when the legs are knackered.
