Nah its the same look at the paint missing from the drop out in same position.

Weird camera effect though on the first photo.

I'm sorry but one drop out has defo been welded on wrong - even in the new photo one sticks out more than the other.

A photo from the other side... ie, with the right leg closest to the camera would probably help.
