I bought this from ebay about a year ago, but didn't get a chance to build it, it was going to be my stealth run around.
I can see 3 minor imperfections in the paint work, and a very small shallow dent in the top tube which will be hidden by the cables when fitted, these were present when I bought the frame, and look to be factory done.
NOS in matt Black without any decals, as new and unbuilt.
Head tube 1 1/8"
Center of BB to centre of top tube 17"
Center of BB to top of top tube 19"
With canti brake bit too.
