There are a lot of similarities with a British Eagle Touristique but no cut outs in the lugs? Did they ever do a version like that?

Very similar...also different fork crown, frame curiously light for ST, found LB-01 embossed on underside of bb shell

not all touristiques has cut out lugs. but to my knowledge they did have lugged forks.

Thanks Rich...did search and forum member pondweed posted a Touristique for sale, 2017.... forks look same... happy if mine a Touristique, great name!

I have braved the weather and crawled into the bike shed.

My Touristique has the same code on the BB as yours. The seatpost measures st 26.8mm according to my digital caliper things.

Hope this helps.

Yes the touristique frame has 531 st tubing. Forks too I believe.
Must get my stripped one all cleaned up and back on the road!
