Never ride your retro with an unadjusted noleen fork.

Re:

Ok checked everything tonight and did some measurements.
What I found is noleen elt crosslink fork is not tolerant to every frame, under near full compression wheelbase of the bike shortens up to 5 cms and depending on the angles of the frame, lack of compression on suspension and approaching angle to an obstacle, centre of gravity may move forward dangerous enough. This may be why the proflex frames have a seating position way back.
Actually there is a suspension path which at some point the action is similar to a telescoping fork with loose head bearings (ok I may have exaggerated a little but the slideback move is similar).
So I think the moral of the story is crosslink fork on a not so proper frame and with an inexperienced rider may require a harder orientation period.
