Negative feedback Q - advice

I bought a hope headset on the bay a few weeks back. It was advertised as a hope headset, with the box, stickers etc. I don't think it was unreasonable to expect it to have come with the fork crown race - but it didn't.

On receipt I emailed the seller asking him - but he's not responded.

He hasn't given me feedback, and I've not done him any either. If I rate him down, can he then do the same to me in spite?

It's seven quid for a new one so not breaking the back - but a matter of principle :cry:

Sellers can no longer give negative feedback. Even positives with negative comments are removed, so you can leave a neg without fear of reprisal.
In your circumstances I would, especially after no contact from the seller.

You can leave negative feedback, but the seller has the chance to comment on it.
I had to do it a while ago and the seller just denied everything :roll:
