I bought a hope headset on the bay a few weeks back. It was advertised as a hope headset, with the box, stickers etc. I don't think it was unreasonable to expect it to have come with the fork crown race - but it didn't.
On receipt I emailed the seller asking him - but he's not responded.
He hasn't given me feedback, and I've not done him any either. If I rate him down, can he then do the same to me in spite?
It's seven quid for a new one so not breaking the back - but a matter of principle :cry:
