need help to identify (Is it a Legnano?)

Hi! I'm interceptor75 from Italy.
I'm new in the forum and I need help to identify a bike.

The seller says that is a Legnano. As in the pictures, it has old shimano 21 speed (LX); As in the pisctures, paint, shifters and saddle are nont original.
(I'm sorry, my english is so bad.)

The only Legnano bikes I have heard of are racing bikes.

I took a look at the thread "show us your elevated c/s bikes", but I didn't found anything.

But I've noticed a particular of the bike i?ve posted that is different from most of similar bikes.
On many of them, the rear derailleur's cable passes on to the top tube of the frame, but in the pictures I've posted, the cable passes on to the down tube.

The only one i've found that has a similar seat stay is another mistery bike at page nine of this thread:
