Can anyone help me id this frame? The previous owner knew nothing about it. It has Gipiemme rear dropouts. The rear brake cable routes thru the top tube, there are short tubular inserts in the top tube. The shifter mounts are on top of the downtube on a bracket that has no name on it. The shifter cables go on the outside of the downtube. The bottom bracket is English thread. It seems to me that the upper end of the seat might be specific to whoever made this frame. I have searched the web many hours and have not found any other one close enough to this to say its a match. The closest I have found so far is a Miele (they have a few different designs) road bike with the same seat stay, but that's a road bike. I did find a reference to a Meile crono tt but could not find a picture. I hope someone here might have a good idea. I would appreciate any help or ideas on this frame.
