need help identifying this Concorde

Hi All,
First post here about a road bike, I'm far from a specialist concerning those. This one is said to be a Concorde, the ad says :

"Concorde Steel Bike from the 1980s
Dutch brand made by Ciocc in Italy

Converted to 1 X
Parts bin assembly : Campi/Shimano Italo-Japanese fusion (like sushi in an Italian restaurant)

The seller also said to me that he didn't know the model since he bought the repainted frame as is. He also placed a Bianchi badge where there's a scratch on the paint. My goal would be to replace the levers with Dura-Ace ST-7700 used ones. The seller is asking 750$ CAD for it (550$ USD / 400 GBP £GB).

There's some nice parts on the bike but I find the price a bit high. Now if I only knew the model...

Anybody recognize this ?

If it is a Concorde, it’s not got the original fork, it should have a pantographed fork crown. Putting a Bianchi head badge on (not even centrally) to hide a mark is not exactly great. I’d avoid if I were you.

Not exactly cheap, either.
