Not sure what these are. They came with my wife's cross bike. They're nicely made, but not great stoppers for competitive cross racing. Ideal for a pootling velo, but a bit squishy for racing. The only clue as to the manufacturer is tektro stamped on the straddle wire. Good condition, all parts included (except canti bolts) and nearly new blocks. £10 posted.
