Mystery Frame? Any Help Welcome!

First time post so a big hello to all...
I bought this bike and it is driving me mad trying to ID it..!
It came with sugino maxy cross crank, a single speed 24" rear wheel (not 507) and YST sealed 3 piece BB.
Now i'm not sure if this is an old BMX or a Jump frame with a mish mash of parts?
I know you may well say it's a Ruption bike (as decals) but there isn't alot of info online regarding this style of branding.
What do you think?

Hey, another Ruption! I had a ratty Ruption LX for a while in 2013/14, was okay but nowt special.
Missing gyro, brake outer made of electrical tape... you get the idea.

This is only the second older one I've seen in the wild.
Definitely midschool - late '90s.

It did come with forks - they are steel ones with the brazings removed - found out after i stripped them...
