It's low-end BSO* garbage. There aren't many bikes that boast a braking system as a feature.
Innovative use of a second bottom bracket as a suspension pivot...
Note that the shock thingy doesn't align along the travel axis of the rear swingarm.
Throw in the canal and use as an anchor (bet it's heavy) or weigh it in for scrap.
*BSO = bicycle shaped object.

The top one looks kinda nice underneath the rust, has a certain retro appeal about it. Ive no idea on the brand etc....but worth tearing down and resurrecting.
The marin? It isnt one. Ive never seen a steel Indian fire trail. What its meant to be? A blank from me. Maybe use bits to get number one tidied up.
Number 3. The muddy fox forks looks decent. If they work, maybe a good way to get number one full suspended. Is it a trek? Again, many puzzles to solve.

No2 looks around 1988-1990, the dropped top tube and lugged reinforcement around the seat cluster disappeared shortly after. I've seen that detail on Univegas and early Orange Clockworks, but also many more.
Weigh No.1 before doing anything. My guess its that it's made of heavy gaspipe and will be around 35-37lbs. I can't see what Marc sees in it. The rear shock arrangement is all wrong - compressing the suspension rotates the shock rather than compresses it. Puzzling.

No. 1 is puzzling me. As hamster says, compression rotates the shock but, also, the 'braking system' at the back . . . Surely, as the shock rotates, it will hit the straddle wire, which already looks like it rubs on the seat stays. And the straddle wire pulls the calipers at such an angle to the brake bosses. Really weird.
There’s a roller on the top of the seat stay that isn’t being used for its intended purpose. That set up looks quite dangerous!
Another nod to the Cannondale but it just doesn’t quite look right. Maybe a very early one or just a rip off.

What is the intended purpose of that roller in the context of a cantilever brake system?
