I need information on the age of this bike. it a ten speed sears road bike but does not have the standard handle bars... it was made in france. but that is all I know about it... please help

You're thinking of the UK right handed fork version this is the French version with the pisstake valves!
 
Surely if you are close enough to read the serial number you can get decent pictures. And a bit more info.

Excuse my piss-taking reply earlier...I simply couldn't resist as you'd not posted any pics of it then :wink:
Being serious though, you'd have more chance of getting help in the road section I think, and you'll need some better pics.
