1983 Clubman,

Been posted before, but I cant find the thread, and its been fettled since...

Dad bought this new, and I have restored it over the last year or so. I have just fitted some nice amberwall tyres, and refitted the original mudguards (new stays).

I have the original fluted stump and saddle stored

Lovely smooth ride, and very comfortable.

I like the clubman model and thats a lovely example apart from that seat post....

I know but the original fluted one is so short! I still have the original tho so can put it back to factory if needed.

I am having a bit of a Raleigh love-in at the minute so like this a lot, post aside

Gotta love them scalloped seat stays though, they are just so elegant.
