Toast 4 slices of grannary bread then leave to one side to cool slightly.

Cut slices of mature chedder.

Cover all 4 bits of toast with a good butter,french is fine.

Then spread a little marmite on one side of the toast, lay the cheese on top of brown gloop . Place the other pieces of toast on top.

Stuff down ya gob with a good brew. GET IN!!

Sounds lovely! Personal favourite snack is almost the same. 2x white bread toast, butter, marmite. Cheese in the middle then blast in microwave for 40 secs. Yum yum.

Or as a nice chewy lunchtime snack: two pieces of toast, spread butter and marmite on (no cheese), leave to cool for a couple of hours. Mmmmm
