Peanut butter is just crushed and ground peanuts, to make such a mix HF you simply don't add the other shite.... here is 100%

Most health food stores sell 99% stuff - including holland and barrat

a lot of peanut butters have added emulsifiers to stop the natural oil separating, some add extra oil that just isn't needed, some add hydrogenated oils as that prevents separation too.
