If a L its 20inch, M is 18inch, the same as my L 998 Exact Flex, but my L 000 Exact Ti is a 19inch in large. A great frame then, pity it's in the UK as I'm in NZ, simply too far away. There was a local importer of Sunn, Morati & Ibis into NZ back in the day, but very low volume numbers came into the country.
