That is one super-clean tasteful weight-weenie build. I really like it. Those forks look great with that frame, and the modern parts work well too.
Have you tried it with M950 XTR though?

No, I didn't try. I think M950 will be too much grey on the bike. M970 black, is nicer with this frame I think

It's the dull Ti finish that does it for me.

Yep Ball Beaded, can look nicer than polished or burnished

haven't decided if it's going to be a 2x8, 1x9 or 2x9 setup and I'm thinking of having a rigid old gt fork on it...

would work really good in the winter season.
