My DBS project

Hello, kinda new to the forums and thought i should share my project.
It's an old DBS frame that i got dirt cheap from my LBS, when brought home it was kitted with some Shimano Altus stuff and some other crap.

The plan is to strip it, paint it and kit it with Shimano 600 all over or as much as possible.

The paint was hard as rock so i borrowed a sandblaster from a friend, no pics of the fram after the sandblasting.

The frame as it is right now, primed and wetsanded, paint going on today and then it will rest for a couple of days:

No pictures of the fork, did not have enough primer for it, but i have a chromed fork in good condition that i will be using instead, if it fits.

My dad's got a DBS - nice to see another one. They're Norwegian, aren't they?

Hey, yes they are Norwegian.
And a little fun fact, DBS stands for Den Beste Sykkel (The Best Bike)
